CLASS OF 2021

Kayla Eyler

Kayla Eyler is a graduate of Collinsville High School.  Some of Kayla’s academic achievements include: Outstanding Woodwind - Collinsville Marching Band for 2018 and 2019, North Central Director’s Association All Region Honor Band 2018, 2019 & 2020, HOSA Veterinary Science competition – 2nd in State and 6th in Nationals 2020, OKMEA All State – 2nd Chair Wind Symphony 2020. 

Kayla has also been involved in her community.  She has volunteered with the summer reading program for the Tulsa Library, the Girl Scout Junior Ranger Program at Osage Hills State Park, and various other Girl Scout activities.  Kayla has also been involved in the National Technical Honor Society and HOSA Future Health Professionals.

Kayla’s scholarship is given on Honor of the Boggs and Turner families and in Memory of their sons, Dakota and Darin.  She plans to attend Oklahoma State University in the fall and intends to study pre-vet zoology.

ANDERSON, KAYLEN.jpg

Kaylen Anderson

Kaylen Anderson is a graduate of Rejoice Christian High School.  While at Rejoice, Kaylen was both on the Superintendent’s Honor Roll and was Student of the Month for 4 years.  She also served as the Student Council Senior Class Representative and National Honors Society Historian. 

Kaylen has served over 100 volunteer hours in her community.  Some of her volunteer work included service projects with Student Council and National Honors Society, church preschool, Rejoice Elementary and Middle School volleyball camps and after school care, as well as serving as a small group leader at Rejoice.

Kaylen plans to attend John Brown University in the fall for business studies.

ENGLAND, EMMA.jpeg

Emma England

Emma England is a graduate of Rejoice Christian High School.  Emma played varsity volleyball all 4 years of high school and was the starter for 3 years.  She was named All-Conference and All-State for volleyball in 2020.  Emma was also on the Superintendent’s Honor Roll for 4 years.  Other high school activities included serving as the President of Operations for the Executive Board for the Student Council and the Chapter Secretary for the National Honor Society.

Emma has enjoyed volunteering in her community.  She helped lead a project to build the First Little Free Pantry in Owasso, which involved getting approval from city officials and food drives to stock the pantry.  She has served as a team member at the Owasso Library and elementary volleyball camp coach.

Emma’s scholarship is given in Honor of Emily Goble.  Emma plans to attend Oklahoma State University in the fall and study Biology / Pre-Med.

Hannah Firestone

Hannah Firestone is a graduate of Owasso High School.  Some of Hannah’s academic achievements include: Superintendent’s Honor Roll for 12 consecutive semesters; 2nd Place Kristallnact, a multi-school competition held by the Tulsa Jewish Federation; Junior Class President, Freshman Homecoming Attendant and various art awards with one art piece included at the District Fair.

Hannah has also been involved in her community.  She has helped package STEM kits for Tulsa Public School, volunteered at Tulsa Children’s Museum and Discovery Lab, as well as John 3:16 Ministries, and founded and organized an annual event at her church for the youth to celebrate the start of summer.  She has also helped coach the elementary middle school girls volleyball team.

Hannah’s scholarship is given in Memory of Nathan Rosa.  She plans to attend Oral Roberts University in the fall and study psychology.

JENNINGS, HUNTER.JPG

Hunter Jennings

Hunter Jennings is a graduate of Rejoice Christian High School.  Some of Hunter’s academic achievements include: Student Council Class President, National Honor Society President, STEM Club President, The Patriot Country Club Essay Contest Winner, West Point Congressional Nomination Recipient from Senator Inhofe and Representative Hern.

Hunter has been involved in his community through various organizations including Tulsa Christian Center Ministries, Welcomers International, Tulsa Dream Center, Army Corps of Engineers, and John 3:16 Mission.

Hunter’s scholarship is given in Memory of Floyd Jozwiak.  Hunter plans to attend the United States Coast Guard Academy and study Business Administration.

Nathaniel Frazier

Nathaniel Frazier is a graduate of Owasso High School.  Some of Nathaniel’s academic achievements include: Owasso Distinguished Graduate, AP Scholar Award, Eagle Scout with Nine Palms, National Medal for Outdoor Achievement, and Order of the Arrow Brotherhood. 

Nathaniel has been involved in Community Emergency Response Training, trainer for Leave-no-Trace, and is certified in CPR, First Aid and Wilderness First Aid.  Nathaniel has also served his community through Boy Scouts of America, including his Eagle Scout project, food drives, tutoring, and campus cleanup.  At Central Baptist Church, Nathaniel serves as media team volunteer.

Although Nathaniel hasn’t selected a college yet, he is seriously considering Colorado Christian University to study biology, pre-med or engineering.

Shern, Ashley - Picture.jpg

Ashley Shern

Ashley is a graduate of Owasso High School.  Some of Ashley’s academic achievements include: numerous leadership positions in Student Council, including President, Captain of the Varsity Volleyball Team, and various art awards including 1st place at the District Competition.  Ashley was also selected to place a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, which she says was memorable and a high honor.

Ashley has served her community in various ways such as Owasso Youth Court, serving food to the homeless, face painting for deaf children at their annual Christmas party, coaching youth volleyball and many more volunteer activities through National Honor Society and Student Council.

Ashley will be attending the University of Tampa in the fall to study marine biology.

LELECAS, MARINA.jpg

Marina Lelecas

Marina is a graduate of Rejoice Christian High School.  Marina was a member of the Rejoice Tennis Team and the Rejoice Debate Team.  She is also very involved in her church, Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox.

Marina will be attending the Hannible La-Grange University in the fall to study computer information systems and cyber security.
